NFC RESEARCH LAB HAGENBERG
The NFC Research Lab war established in 2004 and is part of the Upper Austria University of Applied Science in Hagenberg. The lab is funded by an industry consortium out of NXP, HIDGlobal, mobilkom Austria and the Austrian Research Funding Agency. RAISONANCE/SOLIATIS
Protocol Analysis NFC capable mobile handsets
Raisonance ContactLAB and ProxiSPY are integrated to provide a complete view of communication between an NFC capable handset and another NFC capable system or card. This demo shows the entire chain of communication from the NFC exchange with the external NFC reader, to the resulting exchanges between the handset’s ContactLess Front end (CLF), the UICC and the application processor. ContactLAB and ProxiSPY provide an easy-to-navigate display of all information for communication using NFC, SWP (HDLC, HCI), ISO 7816, USB and proprietary protocols from protocol down to bit level information. All in formation is navigated in a single graphical user interface allowing users to clearly see the chain of requests and responses made at all levels in both directions.
NFC contactless front end testing
Soliatis demonstrates its new NFC test suite enabling validation and pre-certification of contactless front end components for NFC capable mobile handsets. The Soliatis NFC test suite allows test and pre-certification of the Host Controller Interface (HCI) and Simplified High Level Data Link Control layers with a Raisonance ContactLAB and ProxiLAB hardware platform. The tests include HDLC protocol and HCI gates including link management, administration, loop-back and identity management.

The link from the sticker to the mobile phone for displaying information and connecting to a server will also be demonstrated.
